Shipping Policy:
At Mynset Music, we strive to ensure that all shipments are accurately delivered to our customers. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipments that are considered lost or stolen. Please ensure that your contact and shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase, and note that the estimated shipping dates provided at checkout are not guaranteed.
If your tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered, but it has not arrived, please contact Mynset Music within 5 business days. We are unable to attempt the claim process outside of this deadline.
When purchasing vintage items from us, we recommend that you request pictures via email to avoid misunderstandings and returns. Please note that we cannot accept returns that claim differences between the product and the Discogs photos if the customer has made the purchase after requesting and receiving our photos and/or videos by email previously.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
Our shipping price includes not only the shipping cost but also all packaging costs. We ship in an appropriate box for the product with extra internal protection.
Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. All orders received on Sundays and/or holidays will be processed within 48 business hours, upon confirmation of payment.
The deadline for receipt in the US is 5 to 10 business days after receiving the Tracking Number by email. Please note that estimated shipping dates provided at checkout are not guaranteed as they depend on the courier service, which we cannot control.
International Shipping Policy:
Our shipping price includes not only the shipping cost but also all packaging costs. We ship in an appropriate box for the product with extra internal protection.
Please note that we are not responsible for duties and taxes charged by buyers' countries. Our international shipping values are estimated according to the US mail system: USPS and may vary.

The estimated time for International Shipping is 5 to 15 business days after receiving the Tracking Number by email. Please note that this time is an estimate and may take longer depending on your country's courier service, which we cannot control.
Return Policy and Cancellation:
If you receive a physically or audibly defective or damaged item, you may return it within 5 days after confirmation of delivery. Please return it in its original packaging. However, the customer assumes all responsibility for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in return transit.
Each return must include a written description of exactly what is defective and why the item is being returned. Please be specific. For example, if an LP is being returned due to inordinate surface noise, describe exactly where in the record (side, track, minute, second) the defect occurs.
We will refund the full amount plus the shipping cost which will need to be sent in Media Mail mode via USPS. The product needs to be returning in 5 days of the cancellation request, and the tracking number needs to be sent to us at the time. If it is not sent to us within this time, we will not cancel or refund the requested amounts.
Please note that from the time Mynset Music receives your returned item(s), it may take up to one week for us to issue a refund. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
